Email signature generator

Fill in your details, preview your signature live, then copy it straight into Gmail. Everyone on the team gets the same look with their own name on it.

Your details

“Copy signature” copies the formatted version — paste it directly into Gmail’s signature box. “Copy HTML source” gives you the raw code for IT or other tools.

Live preview · updates as you type. Fonts shown here (Schibsted Grotesk + IBM Plex Mono) fall back to Helvetica/Arial and Courier in email clients that don’t load them — the layout stays intact.

How to install in Gmail / Google Workspace
Do this on a desktop browser (not the phone app). Gmail’s mobile app can’t hold a formatted signature — but once set on desktop it appears on all your devices.
  1. Fill in your details above and click Copy signature. You’ll see a “Copied” confirmation on the button.
  2. Open Gmail, click the gear icon (top right), then See all settings.
  3. On the General tab, scroll down to the Signature section.
  4. Click + Create new, give it a name (e.g. talaa), and click Create.
  5. Click inside the signature edit box and paste with Ctrl + V (Windows) or ⌘ + V (Mac). The full formatted signature will appear.
  6. Under Signature defaults, set your new signature for FOR NEW EMAILS USE and ON REPLY/FORWARD USE.
  7. Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes. Send yourself a test email to confirm it looks right.
If the pasted signature looks stretched or picks up a border, click into the box, select all (Ctrl/⌘ + A), delete, and re-paste — make sure nothing was already in the box first.
